We fully recognise that you are on holiday and need to be indulged. In the mornings, tea, coffee or juice is brought to your tent at the time of your choosing. Breakfast is available in the mess building at any time to accommodate those coming back from an early morning safari and those just getting up. Eggs any style, the full English breakfast, toast, and fresh fruit (see Hilary's Garden).
Lunch is often set up under a tree or in the mess if it is hot. Buffet style, lunch consists of a variety of dishes including fresh salads and followed by a cheese platter.
Tea is at four thirty, before the evening safari and comes with home made cake or biscuits made by the chef that day. Drinks and dinner might be set up on the terrace overlooking the pool or somewhere a little more wild (see dinner in the bush).
