Piers & Hilary
Piers and Hilary set up Sarara Camp in 1997. Piers has worked in the safari industry all his life and used to take guests on mobile safaris. Although Piers and Hilary originally owned Sarara, they have since given it to the local Samburu people and now run it both as hosts and as advisors to Namunyak Trust, the community conservation trust that looks after the land and the wildlife.
